Introducing a financial tech company as a Downtown stakeholder

Fiserv is a multinational company that provides financial technology services to clients across the financial services sector, including banks, thrifts, credit unions, securities broker dealers, mortgage, insurance, leasing and finance companies, and retailers.

Engagement Needs

In 2022, Fiserv announced the move of its corporate headquarters from Brookfield to Downtown Milwaukee. In 2023, NEWaukee was brought on to help Fiserv introduce itself as a new Downtown stakeholder and connect with local small businesses and job seekers through its presenting sponsorship of the Milwaukee Night Market.

How We Made NEW Possible

NEWaukee designed and executed the Clover Corner, a branded activation located directly outside Fiserv’s headquarters within the Milwaukee Night Market footprint.

In earlier years, the activation featured a lounge experience anchored by a highly visible shipping container, creating a destination where vendors and attendees could relax, connect with Fiserv employees, and learn more about Clover and career opportunities.

In 2025, the activation evolved while maintaining the same goals. The lounge experience remained, but the shipping container was replaced with three custom, interactive photo moments.
