Hosting a conference to generate leads and increase brand awareness

Catalyst Construction is one of southeastern Wisconsin's fastest growing construction companies located in Milwaukee and the Fox Cities. With expertise in school, church, office, community, and residential construction, Catalyst brings over 45 projects to life each year and is known as a highly skilled and trusted company.

As a seasoned marketing professional, I’ve worked with countless vendors, and I can confidently say NEWaukee is one of the good ones! Their experience, ideas, and passion for what they do comes through loud and clear, and you are left feeling like their only client. If your goal is to make the best event possible or take it to new heights, NEWaukee is the team that will get you there. Cannot recommend enough!

Engagement Challenge

Catalyst Construction was looking to generate new leads for Catalyst Ministry Solutions via brand awareness by publicly showcasing the company’s mission, values, experience, and knowledge at a program featuring content experts and church leaders.

Engagement Solution

NEWaukee produced a day-long Elevate Summit showcasing innovation in ministry leadership and construction, featuring experts from across the country and opportunities for attendees to network and build relationships with Catalyst staff and fellow leaders.

To ensure a successful Summit, NEWaukee ran a website and social media audit for Catalyst Construction and recommended a strategic communication campaign to secure buy-in and participation from the target audience ahead of the program. The recommendations also included suggestions on how to further engage and retarget attendees post-event, utilizing Catalyst’s communication channels and network to create longer-term investment in not only the Summit and its future iterations, but also in potential partnerships with Catalyst Construction.

Key attendee takeaways included a robust understanding of how to build an internal leadership team + how to facilitate better connections amongst congregation members to see higher rates of return.

Key Insights

NEWaukee hosted a series of planning meetings with Catalyst Construction staff to uncover the following insights:

  • The program should give back to the attendees via leadership + business development training.

  • The program should grow Catalyst Ministry Solutions’ network of brand ambassadors and referrals beyond the Milwaukee area and SE Wisconsin.

  • The program’s content should focus on 4 key areas: leadership development, community engagement, next-gen leadership, and building a growth mindset.

  • Attendees should leave feeling energized and encouraged to grow their congregation with fresh leadership tools and a new “growth mindset.”
