Now Hiring a Full-Time Photographer/Videographer

NEWaukee is seeking a full-time Videographer/Photographer to produce, capture and edit compelling photos and videos for our clients. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in video production and editing.

NEWaukee is an experience design firm that helps businesses and organizations find innovative ways to engage their audiences. Our clients include Harley-Davidson Foundation, North Shore Bank, Tsunami Express Car Wash, Baird, Sargento, and many others.

What You’ll Do

  • Shoot photo and video content for NEWaukee and its clients 

  • Attend client events as needed (schedule varies weekly, includes nights and weekends)

  • Work with Creative Services team and project/event leads to determine narrative and purpose of images/video to be captured

  • Prepare shot lists and storyboards in collaboration with NEWaukee and its clients ahead of shoots

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, working and communicating directly with clients

  • Edit content for various formats, including long-form YouTube interviews and short-form social media video (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Build and maintain an image and video asset library, including backup of files

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years of professional experience shooting and editing photo and video

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Drone certification (or be willing to get certified as part of onboarding)

  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required by programming

  • Reliable access to transportation to and from filming locations

  • Ability to lift/move supplies (up to ~25 lbs) and work indoor/outdoor events in varying conditions

  • Motion graphics experience preferred, but not required

  • Must live in or relocate to Milwaukee due to in-person programming requirements
