Experience Designer

Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)

NEWaukee is seeking a detail-oriented and creatively driven Experience Designer to support the design, logistics, and execution of experiences for both the NEWaukee brand and our client partners.

NEWaukee is an engagement agency that builds transformational in-person experiences that create joy, spark trust, and strengthen the connection between organizations and the people they serve. Our clients include Baird, Harley-Davidson Foundation, North Shore Bank, Sargento, and many others.

In this role, you will own programs from concept through execution—ensuring every experience aligns with client goals, delivers measurable impact, and reflects NEWaukee’s high standard for hospitality and design.

Your communication, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will be essential in delivering moments that stand out in a noisy, AI-saturated world.

This role collaborates closely with our Experience Design, Creative, and Marketing teams and contributes insights that inform future programming, client strategy, and NEWaukee’s Brand Trust Quotient (BTQ) work.

This is a full-time role based in Milwaukee, WI. While we are a remote-first company, this position requires frequent in-person event activation.

  • Work with the Creative Team to support design needs, marketing assets, and photo/video coordination

  • Support digital or hybrid programming with platform setup and technical readiness

  • Capture event metrics and produce post-event recaps that communicate value, insights, and opportunities

  • Occasionally supervise additional staff, volunteers, or contractors during large-scale productions

  • Uphold NEWaukee’s standards for hospitality, accessibility, joy, and trust-building across all programs
