Highlighting a Brand’s Core Values


Kohler Company was looking to raise brand awareness as a premier employer in the region and showcase their efforts towards increasing gender parity in the workforce.


In light of the revival around the #MeToo Movement and the 2018 Milwaukee Women Inc. Advancing Women Leadership report, it became apparent that there needed to be a conversation and concerted effort around the lack of women represented in leadership roles throughout the region.



NEWaukee created The Shift, a female-focused speaker series. The program is centered around defining and fueling women’s career trajectories and explores topics around achieving gender parity in the workplace and highlighting intergenerational stories of female leadership.


Since the inaugural event, hundreds of women have gathered on a quarterly basis to share their experiences and support each other on their individual goals and endeavors.
