Producing a Signature Event for a New Hotel


After the opening of Marcus Corporation’s Saint Kate The Arts Hotel in June 2019, NEWaukee was approached to increase the hotel’s brand mindshare in the Wisconsin market as a premier hotel, food, beverage and entertainment destination.


Through a series of initial meetings and conversations, NEWaukee recognized the need for a unique, in-person experience that would draw non-hotel guests into the new space for the first time.



NEWaukee produced Sensorial, a unique masquerade ball party that included pop-up theatrical performances curated by the United Performing Arts Fund, multiple DJs, and multimedia installations.


The event garnered media attention, resulted in thousands of social media impressions and brought in nearly 500 guests to the new hotel.
