Frontdesk is hiring for a traveling Project Manager (PM) to help the company enter new markets. The PM role at Frontdesk is highly entrepreneurial in nature, aiming to execute on a plan and managing the development of new markets.
The PM is responsible for managing the design, purchasing, furnishing, staging and marketing of each newly-acquired apartment. The PM will use standard project management tools such as task lists, budget sheets, standup meetings, forecasting, scheduling. The PM will be managing 3rd party logistics companies, local labor to clean units and assemble furniture, and interior designers for procurement.
The PM will live in 3-4 different U.S. cities every year, spending 2-4 months in each city. The company will pay for the furnished apartment and transportation while deployed.
