The Shift

Event Details:

The Shift is a female-focused speaker series centered on defining and fueling women’s career trajectories. According to the 2019 Women in the Workplace report from McKinsey & Co, companies have what they need in order to effectively support diversity and inclusion. Great strides have been made by many industries to reverse the decades of disparity between the genders. But this is a critical moment. We can treat diversity like the business imperative it is, or we can treat it as an optional initiative. We can build on the progress we’ve made, or we can lose momentum. 

During The Shift, we explore topics around achieving gender parity in the workplace and highlight intergenerational stories of female leadership. The program features an opening keynote, a panel discussion, inspirational storytelling sessions and a closing presentation. The evening also includes networking, live music, drinks and appetizers while they last.

Doors will not open until 6pm. Food and drinks will not be allowed into the auditorium.
