Deanna Singh is an accomplished author, educator, business leader, and champion for marginalized communities. As the Founder/Chief Change Agent of Flying Elephant, Deanna consults with individuals and companies that are looking to make a positive difference in the world. She is known for giving clients the tools and courage to imagine, activate, and impact the world as agents of change.
A social entrepreneur at her core, Deanna is always at the forefront of social change. She has established and operated multiple social innovations, including the NYC office of LIFT which helps people find a way out of poverty for good; Milwaukee's Street Law Program, an interactive legal program that has taught over a thousand Milwaukee students basic legal knowledge; and Birth Coach Milwaukee, which provides doula services for women who otherwise could not afford them.
Singh earned her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Fordham University, a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is also the author of two children’s books, I am a Boy of Color, and I am a Girl of Color and a business book, Purposeful Hustle.
Chad Johnson is an award winning entrepreneur, speaker and person who knows his purpose is to facilitate transformation! As the Principal of Chad Johnson LLC, Chad has cultivated over two decades of expertise and professional experience in the areas of Leadership Development, Training and Facilitation and Entrepreneurship. Chad currently facilitates leadership development trainings in the US and Canada for multiple global companies including Fiserv, Johnson Controls, Molson Coors Beverage Co and its subsidiaries. He received the 2019 BizStarts Honors Inspirational Entrepreneur Award, was recently featured in the Milwaukee Business Journal and has been flying under the radar as one of Milwaukee's next influential leaders.
Chad's professional journey began over 20 years ago as he progressed in his career at Aurora Healthcare from an INROADS intern to a leader in HR, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning and Diversity. After a decade at Aurora, and with more promotional opportunity available to him, he followed a personal conviction to voluntarily leave his corporate career during the recession and begin his journey searching for opportunities aligned with his purpose. That leap of faith lead him down a unique path that involved multiple roles and ventures that included becoming a Real Estate Investor, Partner and Director of Commercial Development at a Telecommunications and Digital Media company, Non-Profit Executive Director, Leadership Development Training Consultant, Co-Founder of MKEing Coffee (A Social Impact Coffee Roasting Company), Talk Show Host (MKEing Change Show) and Founder of Tip a ScRxipt (A new tech startup that is providing a socially responsible mobile payment service that will allow friends and family to place funds in accounts to help their friends and loved ones pay for their prescription medication).
A native of Milwaukee, WI he attended Milwaukee Public Schools K-12, completed undergrad at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (BBA-Human Resource Management), completed the Commercial Real Estate Development Program at Marquette University (ACRE) and graduate studies in Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Robin, have two children between their daughter Adara (20) and son Cameron (14).
