On the roller coaster of human experience, we fly through the highs of exhilaration and wonder, and hold on for dear life in the lows of fear and heartache. Though we may feel alone on the ride, Free to Feel shows these twists and turns are not only common to us all, but can also be powerful fuel from which to create.
Anne Koller invites you to bear witness to your emotions and their sensations during this time of quarantine and going inward by guiding you with poetry, yoga and meditation to embrace the lightest and darkest within, and ask the question: “What can I create from my emotions?” in this workshop series.
Bring a yoga mat and art materials – pen and paper, oil pastels, paint, piece of cardboard or whatever calls to you. This is a four week series. You are welcome to join some or all of them.
Donations go to Community Task Force MKE – a proactive response led by Community Activist Vaun L. Mayes to get supplies and perishables to women, children, elderly households during the shutdown and outbreak of the Coronavirus. Please give what you can, suggested $15-$20 donation to:
